EQS-Software Updates: 8. January 2026

Modified on Fri, 9 Jan at 3:56 PM

The “History” view on the status card of entity reports in data collection workflows shows all relevant status events. Users can now see when a report was submitted for review, completed, or reopened directly in the history drawer. This restores transparency around workflow changes and makes it easier to audit who changed a report’s status and when.

Exports of large ESRS datapoint sets (for example, dozens of datapoints across hundreds of entities) now complete reliably without timing out.

On the entity CO₂ report summary page, emission values are now displayed with rounding that matches the underlying calculation. Previously, some values were rounded to three decimal places but shown with an extra trailing digit (for example, showing 123.4570 instead of 123.457), which could be confusing when checking totals. The display has been aligned so that what you see always corresponds to the actual rounded value, improving readability and trust in dashboard figures.

When exporting DMA reports to DOCX, the “Linked impact” and “Linked dependency” fields in the risk table now only contain information that matches the latest answer to “Is the defined risk linked to a previously identified impact or dependency?”. This prevents outdated impact/dependency texts from appearing after the link type is changed or cleared, so exported risk tables reliably reflect the current configuration of each risk.
