How to mark a supplier as safe
Modified on Thu, 31 Oct, 2024 at 5:39 PM
There can be many reasons to manually mark a supplier as safe or to manually override the risk level of the risk assessment. To do this, you can click on any supplier in the supplier directory to view its details, or alternatively, adjust the risk levels of multiple suppliers at once.
Adjusting Risk Levels for Multiple Suppliers at Once:
Select multiple suppliers, click on "Actions," and then click the "Override Risk Level" button.
Adjusting Risk Level via the Supplier Profile:
On the supplier’s page, click on "Actions" and then select "Mark Supplier as Safe" from the dropdown list.
A popup window will appear, allowing you to manually adjust the risk level or mark the supplier as safe. You are required to provide a justification, which will then be displayed in the supplier's profile. Once finished, click "Confirm."
