Understand your incident page

Modified on Thu, 15 Aug, 2024 at 4:47 PM

Via the “Incidents” menu item, you can see, for example, complaints from the complaints mechanism, incidents from media monitoring and - if required - also manually entered historical incidents. As soon as you click on the menu item, you will see a dashboard that provides you with an overview of these incidents.

To view the individual incidents in detail, click on the second tab “Open”. There you will see a Kanban board in which the incidents are sorted according to their status. Click on one of these incidents to view further details.

On the page of the respective incident, you can view all the details, e.g. the type of incident, the date and the risks associated with the incident. You can also assign the incident to a supplier, if you have not already done so.

At any time, you have the option to change the status of your incident (i.e. resolve or archive it) or request your supplier to take action on the identified incident - this will be requested in the form of a corrective action.

On the “Incident” tab, you will see the text description of your incident (i.e. its cause or explanation of the problem).

On the “Activity” tab, you can see all the different actions that have been logged for the incident. You also have the option to comment directly on this activity log to keep track of all updates.
