Understand your supplier concrete risk scoring

Concrete risk assessment, compared to the abstract one, is a more detailed and specific approach. Each supplier going through such assessment will be asked to complete a self-assessment covering information about their operations, sourcing practices, labor conditions, environmental impacts, financial stability, and other factors.

Please note that media monitoring and grievance alerts are also considered in the risk assessment.

It is from this concrete risk assessment that you will decide whether or not to take action on each supplier, such as sending preventative measures or remedial action requests.
