VSME report, step 2 (3): User assignments

In the VSME module, you can assign responsibilities for each Disclosure Requirement (DR) to streamline collaboration and ensure an efficient data collection process.

Assign contributors to your report to delegate responsibility and clarify who is in charge of specific data points. You can assign a Disclosure Requirement to a colleague with one of the following roles:

• Admin

• VSME Module Manager

• VSME Reporter

Once assigned, the selected person will be responsible for coordinating the data collection for that Disclosure Requirement.

As an assigned person, you can define how each data point within the assigned DR will be collected:

• Manual: The data point can be filled out directly or forwarded to a colleague.

• Aggregated : The data point is sent to multiple entities (e.g., subsidiaries), and the results are automatically aggregated.

Whenever someone is assigned to a Disclosure Requirement, they will receive an instant email notification informing them of their new responsibility. This ensures that all team members stay informed and can start working on their tasks immediately.

By assigning the right people and defining clear methods for data collection, you lay the foundation for a smooth and efficient reporting process.
