Understand your supplier page

From the “Repository” tab of the side menu, you can click on any of the suppliers that have been uploaded on Daato to access their details.

The supplier page is divided into 4 tabs:

  • Risk report, presenting a detailed analysis of how the risk priority was determined.;
  • Company profile, where all the supplier information is stored and can be edited;
  • Incidents, where you can access all open, resolved and archived incidents for this supplier;
  • Requests, where all sent and receive requests between you and the suppliers are accessible.

What is the Influence level?
This is a level (low, medium; high, or very high) that helps to concentrate efforts where they're more likely to yield proactive results and sustainable impact. The level is derived from answers in the self-assessment questionnaire to estimate how much influence can you exert over the supplier in question. Three variables are considered: Order volume/revenue, length of the relationship, and quality of the relationship.

What is the Causation?
The causation refers to the potential indirect impacts you might have on your suppliers' operations, It is either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ once a direct question in the supplier’s self-assessment is answered.

What are incidents?
At Daato, we bundled media monitoring alerts, whistle-blower/grievance actions, and historical incidents under a single ‘incidents’ umbrella.
