Filter requests by entity

You can now narrow down the requests table to a specific entity, making it much easier to find the requests that matter without scanning the full list.

Pause open data collection automatically

When Step 3 is completed in ESRS or VSME, unfinished entity collection and related requests are now paused automatically so teams stop receiving reminders for work that is no longer active.

Add percentage of ownership to entities

Entities can now store a percentage of ownership, giving you a clearer reporting structure foundation for future ownership-based emissions calculations.

Redesign entity assignments

The entity setup flow now separates general entity information from assignments, shows assignment guidance directly in the form, and makes missing manager coverage easier to spot.

Inherit assignments from parent entities

Child entities can now inherit module assignments from their parent entities, which reduces manual setup work and helps keep responsibilities consistent across the reporting structure.

Highlight missing assignments in the reporting structure

The reporting structure now flags entities with missing manager assignments, helping you identify setup gaps earlier before they block data collection.

Improve entity search in the reporting structure

Searching for an entity now focuses the view on the selected entity and its parent path, so you can find the right part of the structure faster.

Upload entities in bulk

You can now create entities in bulk from a spreadsheet, including key fields, parent-child relationships, and module assignments, which makes large reporting-structure setup much faster.

Refresh the reporting structure tree

The reporting structure tree has been visually updated for a cleaner layout, better hierarchy handling, and faster access to creating child entities.

View the product as another role

Admins can now view the product from the perspective of other roles, which makes it easier to validate permissions and troubleshoot role-specific experiences.

Delete multiple activities at once

CO2 reports now support bulk deletion of activities in Steps 2 and 3, making it much quicker to clean up or reorganize activity tables.

Faster CO2 activity editing from the table

Users can now edit CO2 activity names, scopes, and values directly from the table, which makes maintaining report data much faster.

More precise CO2 data requests

When requesting data for CO2 activities, users can now limit requests to value-only updates for existing activities, which helps keep the rest of the activity setup unchanged.

Multi-row CO2 upload templates

CO2 upload templates now support multi-row entries for composite units, so users can import more complex activity values in the same structure they use in the product UI.

Create CO2 activities with minimal input

Users can now create CO2 activities with only the essential data and complete the remaining details later, which makes early data collection more flexible.

More flexible reduction planner target setup

Reduction Planner now supports setting yearly targets between the base and final year, applying SBTi-aligned paths, and adjusting yearly values with immediate feedback.

Longer Smart Search descriptions

Smart Search now supports longer activity descriptions, giving users more space to describe what they are looking for and improving search guidance.

Multilingual search for custom emission factors

Custom emission factors can now be found more reliably when users search in their own language, even when the stored factor title also relies on English matching.

Aggregated totals in parent entity summaries

Parent entities in ESRS reports now show aggregated totals from child entities directly in the data summary, making roll-up review easier.

Manual assessment explanations in DMA Word exports

DMA Word exports now include manual assessment explanations for IROs when users provide them, which improves auditability of relevance decisions.

Copy reports from a previous EU Taxonomy cycle

Users can now create a new EU Taxonomy report by copying an earlier report, including activities, assessments, and financial data where applicable.
