Guide to Handling Requests in EQS Sustainability Cockpit – ESRS Module

1. About EQS Sustainability Cockpit
Daato is a sustainability management software that helps companies comply with regulatory requirements such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CO₂ footprint reporting, LkSG, and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
The ESRS module supports companies in collecting, managing, and reporting sustainability data in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Companies may request data from external data providers to ensure compliance with ESRS disclosure requirements.
2. Where to Find Your Requests
Step 1: Log into EQS Sustainability Cockpit
- You will receive an email notification when a new request is available.
- Click the link in the email to access the request directly.
Step 2: Access the Request
- Follow the link that takes you to the portal.
- Enter your email address, which has already been registered in the system under your data provider profile by our customer, and click Continue.
- For the first login, a one-time code will be sent to you via email, which you need to enter.
- Now, set your password and use it for future logins.
- Open the ESRS Module > Requests section in EQS Sustainability Cockpit.
- Here, you will find all open, completed, or planned requests.
Step 3: Respond to the Request
- Review the requested information.
- Fill in the required data fields or upload necessary documents.
- Click Save & Submit to complete the request.
3. Type of Requests You May Receive
Double Materiality Survey Requests
- Companies may request specific sustainability-related data that aligns with ESRS reporting requirements.
Your tasks: ✔ Provide the requested data by filling out the required fields in EQS Sustainability Cockpit.
? Upload supporting documents, if applicable.
? Forward the request to a relevant colleague if necessary.
? Once submitted, the data will be reviewed by the requesting company.
