How to add an incident manually?
Modified on Thu, 15 Aug, 2024 at 4:51 PM
Incidents may be coming from external sources such as the media monitoring or your whistle-blower channel, but can also be manually added if you are/become aware of violations among your suppliers. From the “Incidents” section on the side menu, you will at all times see this “Add incident” button on the top right corner. Click on it to start the process.
A pop-up window will appear in which you can enter the details of your new incident. As soon as you have finished the first step, click on “Next”.
You can then describe the incident in more detail and explain what you know about the situation or the cause. When you have finished, click “Next” again.
The third step to complete the creation of your new incident is to select the risk category under which the incident falls. You have the option to select multiple risks here. When you are finished, click on “Create”.
You will receive confirmation of the creation of your new incident and see that it has been added to your Kanban board.
