Exporting Your Data from the Repository

You Can Export Data from Your Supplier Directory Anytime

Here’s how it works:

In the supplier directory, there is a button in the upper right corner labeled “Export.” Clicking this button gives you several options:

• You can download all data, including all current information on the risk analysis (e.g., the status of supplier inquiries).
• You can download a filtered version of your supplier directory.
• You can download the results of the abstract risk analysis.

Let’s go over each option:

• Export All Data: This is always available and includes all data from the supplier directory, including supplier information relevant for updates or re-uploads, as well as all risk analysis data, including all actions you’ve taken.

• Export of the Filtered Directory: This option only appears once you’ve filtered the directory. This export is similar to the full data export but is limited to the suppliers displayed in the filtered list.

• Export of Risk Analysis Results: This option includes only data related to the self-assessment results and the abstract risk analysis.
