ESRS report, step 4: writing the final report

Modified on Wed, 8 Jul at 10:04 AM

Now you can open Step 4 – Create final disclosure requirements. Here you can see all information requirements that need to be included in your report.

By clicking on "Write report paragraph", you will be taken to the relevant information requirement, where you can create the final report paragraph. The help panel on the right-hand side provides the corresponding reported datapoints as a reference while drafting your disclosure.

In addition to writing the report paragraphs manually, EQS Sustainability Cockpit also offers AI support. By clicking "Generate with AI", all reported datapoints assigned to the respective disclosure requirement are used as the basis for an automatically generated report paragraph. The generated text serves as a starting point and can be reviewed, edited, and adapted before being finalized.

Once your report paragraphs are complete, click "Mark as Complete" to finish the disclosure requirement.

When exporting your report, all quantitative datapoints that are required by the ESRS in a predefined tabular format are automatically rendered as tables in the export file. Where data has been reported, the tables are automatically populated with the corresponding values, ensuring the exported report follows the required ESRS presentation format.
