Platform
Import CO2 data into ESRS and VSME reports
Users can now import relevant CO2 report values directly into ESRS and VSME reports, including mapped Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3, and total emissions data. Imported values remain linked to the source CO2 report until users overwrite or complete the datapoint, helping reduce manual work and consistency risks.
Assigned-to-me filtering in data collection
Admins and Module Managers can now filter data collection entity trees to display only entities where they are assigned as Manager or Approver, making it easier to focus on directly assigned tasks.
Clearer labels in nested data tables
Nested data tables now support context-specific labels such as “Action” instead of the generic “Item,” improving clarity while maintaining compatibility with existing stored data.
SSO sign-in guidance
Instances using SSO now display additional guidance below the SSO button so users better understand when the sign-in option is intended for organization employees.
Report activity tracking improvements
Report rename and deletion actions are now tracked more consistently across modules, improving activity history visibility for important report changes.
Correct user statuses in user management
The new user management view now correctly displays user statuses for participants involved in data collection, reducing confusion around whether users are active, registered, or still invited.
Restore CO2 step history visibility
Users can once again access the history log in CO2 Step 1 to review who made changes and when entities were excluded.
ESRS
Preview complete Word export tables
ESRS Word exports now include all report tables even when data has not yet been entered, allowing users to review the full document structure before completion.
Copy ESRS reports between versions
Users can now copy data from ESRS Delegated Act 2023 reports into ESRS Simplified Draft reports during report creation. Compatible selections, metadata, values, and disclosure paragraphs are transferred where definitions match.
Copy 2023 DMA results into simplified DMA
Results from a 2023 DMA report can now be copied into a new simplified DMA report, helping users carry over previous work into the updated format more efficiently.
Fix simplified DMA to ESRS mapping
Importing a Simplified DMA into a Simplified ESRS report now correctly maps datapoint selections based on material topics.
Open G1-5 disclosures reliably
The G1-5 Political influence and lobbying activities section in ESRS reports now loads correctly and no longer gets stuck in a loading state.
Aggregated data setup levels and categories
The ESRS aggregated data collection setup now correctly displays expected levels and categories, ensuring all required configuration options are available.
DMA report name editing
The ESRS Double Materiality report rename button now becomes active immediately after a valid name change, removing the need for page refreshes.
Step 4 formatting in Word exports
Paragraph spacing added in ESRS Step 4 is now preserved more reliably in Word exports, reducing manual reformatting after export.
CO2
Multi-entity activity import
Users can now upload CO2 activity data for multiple entities using a single import template. The upload automatically validates entity names and assigns activities to the correct entities.
Filter Smart Search by emission factor source
Smart Search now supports filtering by common or custom emission factors, helping users find the appropriate source faster.
Optional emission factor fields in upload templates
CO2 Step 3 upload templates now mark selected emission factor name and factor columns as optional where appropriate, improving clarity and flexibility during imports.
Keep Step 3 values after changes
Previously entered market-based values now remain visible after reopening earlier steps or changing emission factors during CO2 data collection.
Show all entities in Step 3 structure
Entities included in CO2 Step 1 now appear correctly in the Step 3 data collection structure.
EU Taxonomy
Upload activities from a file
Users can now add EU Taxonomy activities in bulk through file uploads, allowing multiple activities to be imported simultaneously instead of being created manually one by one.
Respect locale-specific decimal separators
EU Taxonomy number formatting now follows user language settings, ensuring decimal and thousands separators display correctly in German and English environments.
Analytics and reporting layout fix
The EU Taxonomy analytics and reporting tab now displays correctly for affected reports, resolving layout issues seen in specific instances.
VSME
Calculate CO2 intensity automatically
The CO2 intensity field now calculates automatically when Scope 1, Scope 2, and turnover data are available in VSME reports.
SCS
Product-based risk assessment descriptions
Supplier risk assessments now use product-specific risk descriptions and translations, giving users more relevant explanations for product-related risk categories.
