Create a new ESRS report

In your ESRS module, go to the “Reporting” tab on the left menu. From there you can access your past reports, and create a new one by clicking on “New report”.



A popup window will appear for you to specify the name of the report, its reporting period, and if applicable, the double materiality assessment you would like to base it on.

Once completed, click on "Create". 




You will see your new report in the list, click on it to start reporting! 


 


Can I add a materiality analysis later?

No, that is not possible. Please complete your materiality analysis first and then start the report afterward.



The Launchpad displays “0 out of X entities added” for my report?

The first number shows how many entities are part of the aggregation for the report, whereas the second number shows the total number of entities in the organisational structure. Aggregations are defined in Step 2 of the reporting workflow. Once data collection is triggered in Step 3, the display updates to show the entities actively participating in that report.
