How to request remedial actions

Modified on Thu, 15 Aug, 2024 at 4:40 PM

If risks have been identified or are imminent, it is necessary to prevent, stop or minimize these risks. One way to do this with the help of Daato is to request remedial actions.

Remedial actions are actions that a supplier must take to mitigate the negative impact of the identified issues and work towards compliance.

In the supplier directory, you can click on any of the suppliers that have been uploaded to Daato to view their details.

Click on “Actions” in a supplier profile and then on “Request remedial actions” in the drop-down list.

A window will then open on the right-hand side in which you can enter the details of the request.

As this step depends on many factors, we have decided to keep it flexible. You can select the risk categories for which you want to request remediation and then describe in your custom message what you expect from your supplier in these categories. The supplier will then receive an email, can then log into Daato and comment on their planned remedial actions.

Click “Submit” when you are ready to send your request.
