Upload your supplier code of conduct

The LkSG requires that you as a company not only introduce an internal company code of conduct that includes the risk categories of the LkSG, but also a supplier code of conduct (which also covers the risk categories of the LkSG). 


On Daato, you can upload the supplier code of conduct in the settings and then obtain approval from suppliers via the supplier directory.


To be able to send your code of conduct to your suppliers, you must first upload it to Daato. To do this, go to “Module settings” in the menu.


Scroll down to the last section “Code of Conduct”. Here you will now see a list of all your entities as well as the headquarters from the organizational structure, for which you can upload a code of conduct or, if required, a single code of conduct for each individual entity. You can also upload several documents per entity, e.g. codes of conduct in different languages.
