How to review data (in the new CO2 workflow)

The final step within the workflow is reviewing the data provided by all entity managers and data providers. In Step 4 of the EQS Sustainability Cockpit, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of your organisation's emissions data, presented in a clear and intuitive format.

Interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs allow you to quickly grasp your organisation’s overall emissions profile. These visualizations clearly display your emissions broken down by scope (Scope 1, Scope 2 Market-based, Scope 2 Location-based, and Scope 3). Additionally, you'll see data confidence indicators for each scope, which show you at a glance the reliability and completeness of your reported information.

To dive deeper into the specifics, the "Data summary" section provides detailed breakdowns. Here, you can easily identify the contribution of each child entity to individual scopes. This granular insight helps you quickly spot major emissions sources, analyse trends, and efficiently manage your sustainability strategy across all levels of your organisation.

Use this final step to thoroughly verify, approve, or edit your emissions data before finalizing your sustainability report, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
