In recent days, some users have received a very high number of reminder emails. The background: a feature developed at customer request, designed to regularly remind Entity Managers and Approvers of upcoming tasks in data collection workflows.

Until now, reminders were sent separately for each report and each entity. For users with many entities and reports, this could result in a large number of emails.

To make this more convenient, the logic is being adjusted. From now on, multiple reminders will be bundled into one daily summary email.

How it works:

• Weekly reminders: Sent to users assigned as Entity Managers for all reports that include their entity, if the entity is not marked as completed.

• Daily reminders: Begin 4 days before the report’s due date and continue until the entity is completed.

• Past-due reminders: If the entity remains incomplete after the due date, daily reminders will continue.

• One consolidated email: If a user is Entity Manager for multiple entities or reports, they will now receive a single summary email instead of multiple separate ones.

To ensure the highest data quality, we have aligned the translations of all product names with the International Standard International Trade Classification (SITC), Revision 4. This means product names are now more precise and consistent with global standards.

What does this mean?

• Linguistic Accuracy: This update corrects inconsistencies in the translation of the products in English and German. It is a textual improvement for clarity and standardization.
• No Impact on Risk Levels: Please be assured that this change only affects the product names. The default risk levels associated with each product category have not been altered. Your risk assessments remain intact.
• Automatic & Seamless: The new translations have been automatically applied to all existing products in the system, including those already assigned to your suppliers. No action is required on your part.
