When reviewing data point history, the “Show changes” view now highlights exactly what was modified between edits. Removed text is marked in red in the “Before” field, and added text is marked in green in the “After” field. Changes to continuous strings (such as single words or numbers) are treated as replacements, making it easier to understand how values evolved over time.
You can now add comments to data points at any time, even if:
- The data point is marked as completed
- The configuration‑based report is completed
- The module report’s data collection step is completed
This supports ongoing collaboration and clarifications on previously collected data without having to reopen or roll back report states.
Users with the Auditor role can now add comments to data points in the reports they audit. This allows auditors to ask questions, request clarifications, and communicate findings directly in context, rather than relying solely on external channels or separate documentation.
For collapsible table data points, top‑level text fields now automatically expand into multi‑line long‑text inputs once the content exceeds a single row. When viewing saved values, the displayed field size adapts to the amount of text. This makes it easier to enter and review longer narratives without constant scrolling or cramped fields.

Exports of ESRS data now correctly include both the individual entity values and the final aggregated total for each relevant data point. The export shows the “Final” value in its own row with the data collection method clearly indicated as “Aggregated – Total”, and includes values contributed by each entity in the reporting structure. This removes the need to manually recompute totals in Excel and ensures that all entered entity‑level values are visible in the export.
Auditors, ESRS Module Managers, and Admins can now export the full configuration of Step 1 (Disclosure Requirements and Data Points) of an ESRS report to Excel using a new “Export Step 1 selections” option. The export includes which DRs and DPs are in scope, which ones are excluded, and for each exclusion both the reason (e.g. non‑material, phase‑in provision, voluntary) and the written justification. This makes it easier for auditors to review scoping decisions in their own tooling.
ESRS XLS exports now include additional columns that show who was involved in providing and approving data:
- Completed by – the email of the user who last marked the data point as completed.
- Reviewed by – for aggregated data points, the email of the user who last moved the entity report from “Approval” to “Completed”.
- Collaborators – for manual data points, the collaborators on that data point; for aggregated data points, the request receivers for that entity and data point.
This makes it easier to trace responsibilities and follow up with the right people when questions arise.
In ESRS Step 3, the status and completion percentage of table data points now accurately reflect the current content. When values are cleared from a table, the status and completion automatically reset to “not completed”, and entering new values again works reliably without needing to refresh or reopen the table. This ensures that completion indicators stay in sync with the actual data and prevents data from silently failing to save.

When selecting emission factors in the CO2 module, Smart Search now groups factors with the same name, region, and measurement type into a single row. You can expand a row to see available years, with the latest year pre‑selected, and further drill into details for each year. Additional columns show region and measurement type directly in the table. This reduces clutter from repeated entries and makes it easier to compare and choose the right factor version.
Smart Search in the CO2 module now lets you expand multiple emission factors at the same time. Previously, expanding one factor collapsed the others; now you can keep several open simultaneously to compare details across factors in a single view, streamlining factor selection for complex activities.
When importing CO2 activities for an entity, you can now upload rows containing just the activity name and scope without triggering errors. These activities are created without an emission factor and without emissions calculated, ready for you to complete later using Smart Search. This supports workflows where you first load a rough activity list and refine the details afterward.
Activities tables in CO2 now include a filter that shows only activities without an assigned emission factor. Selecting the “Emission factor: Without factor” filter recalculates the table and pagination to display just those activities. This makes it easy to identify and complete any remaining data gaps before finalizing a report.
CO2 report exports now display scopes and sub‑scopes using dots instead of commas (for example, “1.1”, “1.2” instead of “1,1”, “1,2”). This makes the exported data clearer, more consistent with the in‑app representation, and easier to process in downstream tools.

In the EU Taxonomy module, module managers can again copy answers between activities in the Minimum Safeguards step without encountering permission errors. Users with the appropriate roles can use the “Copy answers” action to transfer responses between activities as intended, reducing repetitive data entry and avoiding “forbidden” errors seen by some customers.

In the SCS supplier repository, the country of tax registration is now exported using the same country code format required for imports. Previously, imports required country codes while exports showed full country names, which caused inconsistencies when round‑tripping data. With this change, both import and export use country codes, simplifying integration with your own systems.
