SCS – Supplier Deactivation
What’s New?
You can now deactivate suppliers directly from the Supplier Repository:
Deactivate Supplier:
Via the three-dot menu for each supplier
As a bulk action
Deactivated suppliers:
Are visible but read-only
Appear under “Deactivated Suppliers” in Settings
Are excluded from requests, assignments, and incident reporting
Replaces the older "Inactive" status
Access Control: Only Admins and Entity Managers in the SCS module can deactivate/reactivate suppliers.
Reactivation:
Option changes to “Re-activate”
Restores full functionality
Requests remain cancelled even after reactivation
Behavioral Changes Upon Deactivation:
Function | Behavior |
---|---|
Exports | Supplier excluded (except in "Repository Info Export") |
Analytics & Dashboards | Supplier excluded |
Requests & Assignments | Disabled |
Incidents Tab | Supplier greyed out; tooltip: “Supplier is deactivated” |
Supplier Login | View-only access |
Import Files | Deactivated suppliers ignored |
UI Changes | All actions disabled except “Delete” and “Re-activate” |
Tooltips | Show: “Action unavailable as supplier is deactivated…” |
CO₂ Reporting – Reopen Step 1
What’s New?
You can now reopen Step 1 of your CO₂ report, even after starting data collection — allowing more flexibility and fewer disruptions.
Step 1 Button: Now shows “Reopen Step” with a confirmation modal
Who Can Edit: Admins and Module Managers
Editable Actions:
Add, update, delete, reassign, and duplicate activities
Edit inputs
Change Tracking: All changes logged in supplier history with full audit trail
Impact on Step 2:
Before Data Collection: No change
After Data Collection Starts:
Step 2 is frozen
Tooltip: “Data collection is paused.”
Modal shown once per session
Email sent to Entity Managers and visible to data providers
Completing Step 1 Again:
Unfreezes Step 2
Notifies all users
Activity table updated with new changes
Special logic for changes in measurement type and completed requests
DMA Report – Misleading Survey Confirmation
Issue: Pop-up said “Success. Survey could not be finished”
Fix: Correct messages now appear:
EN: “Survey has been finished”
DE: “Umfrage wurde abgeschlossen”
ESRS – Wrong Checklist for S1-15
Issue: Incorrect checklist shown for datapoint S1-15
Fix: Correct checklist now includes:
Work-life balance
Family leave usage
Gender breakdown
Social policy disclosures
Methodology description
...in both English and German
ESRS – IRO Assessment Translation Fixes
Issues:
Missing “Beschreibung” labels
Untranslated “Value chain stage”
Inconsistent capitalization (e.g., “impact”, “Nachgelagerte Bereiche”)
Fixes: All translations and visual consistency issues corrected
ESRS – Parent Entity Inclusion Bug
Issue: Parent entities incorrectly included when only child selected
Fix: Now only explicitly selected entities are included in data collection
ESRS – KPI Graph Display Issue
Issue: Incorrect graphs/values when using “View by Target” in Analytics
Fix: Graph and KPI data now render correctly when this option is selected
ESRS – Incorrect KPI Totals & Entity List
Issue: Inaccurate total for “Energy Consumption from Own Operations” and extra entities shown
Fix: Correct total and accurate entity filtering based on selected report
Custom Reporting – Missing Units
Issue: Missing unit categories (Media VOC, CO₂, GAS)
Fix: All relevant units are now available in the dropdown when managing KPIs
