Filtering options in requests list
What changed?
Enhanced filtering capabilities have been added to the Requests table.
Filter Criteria:
Type of Request: Filter by the type of request.
Module: Filter by module (available only in the global list, not in the list for SCS suppliers).
Status of Request: Filter by the status of the request.
Sender: Filter by the sender of the request.
Receiver: Filter by the receiver of the request.
Send Reminders to Approvers for Pending Entity Approvals
What changed?
Automated reminders will be sent to Entity Approvers if an entity remains in the approval stage for 7 days.
Trigger Condition: If an entity is still in "approval" status 7 days after submission, a reminder is sent to the assigned Entity Approver.
Included Details: The reminder message includes:
Approver Name: First name of the entity approver (or omitted if unavailable).
Entity Name: Name of the entity awaiting approval.
Report URL: Direct link to the entity report pending approval.
Display IRO assessment directly on the IROs list
What changed?
Each IRO now displays a status label with the following options: In Progress, Very Low, Low, Medium, High, and Very High.
- Labels are color-coded according to the ESRS design for better clarity.
- Values are dynamically assigned based on IRO assessment results.
Changing names of DMA reports
What changed?
Users can now update DMA report names after creation.
- Helps correct typos and naming errors.
ESRS-DMA: Enable Delete Option for Entity-Specific Disclosures
Issue: Users couldn't delete entity-specific disclosures after starting the Step-3 assessment.
Fix: The delete option is now available in the three-dot menu.
Warning Mechanism: A confirmation warning appears, notifying users that deleting an entity-specific disclosure will remove all related assessments of IROs.
Bug fixes
Problem: By default, the reporting threshold is incorrectly set to "Very Low" instead of "Non-Material."
GIVEN A newly created preview in ESRS - DMA where the reporting threshold has not been modified or saved.
WHEN The user reaches the final steps of the report without changing the reporting threshold.
THEN All matters display a report icon, even if they are non-material.
Fixed Behavior: Non-material matters should not have a report icon when no threshold settings are defined.
Problem: Organization name is not visible on the request tab for external stakeholders when added as collaborators.
GIVEN
- The user is on DMA step-3.
- The user has the option to select an external stakeholder as a collaborator.
WHEN
- The user adds an external stakeholder as a collaborator.
- The user navigates to the request tab.
THEN
- The organization name of the external stakeholder is not displayed in the request tab.
Fixed Behavior: When an external stakeholder is added as a collaborator, their organization name should be visible in the request tab.
Problem: Bulk exclusion for voluntary datapoints (DPs) is not excluding voluntary sub-datapoints in ESRS.
GIVEN
- The user has voluntary datapoints with associated voluntary sub-datapoints.
- The user attempts to apply a bulk exclusion for voluntary datapoints.
WHEN
- The user executes the bulk exclusion action.
THEN
- The voluntary sub-datapoints are not excluded.
Fixed Behavior: When applying bulk exclusion for voluntary datapoints, all associated voluntary sub-datapoints should also be excluded.
Problem: The title field in the Sustainability Matter drawer displays "[object Object]" instead of being empty.
GIVEN
- The user is creating a DMA report.
- The user is on step-1 and adds an entity-specific matter.
- The user deletes the entity-specific matter using the three-dot menu.
WHEN
- The user adds a new entity-specific matter.
THEN
- The title field incorrectly displays "[object Object]".
- All other fields are prefilled instead of being empty.
Fixed Behavior: When opening the Sustainability Matter drawer freshly, all fields, including the title field, should be empty.
Bug fixes
Problem: Role assignment to Orga-structure units fails in the EU-Taxonomie module.
GIVEN A user is in the EU-Taxonomie module and attempts to assign roles to Orga-structure units.
WHEN The user selects a unit and tries to assign a role.
THEN An error message appears at the top right, preventing the assignment. This issue does not occur in other modules.
Fixed Behavior: Users should be able to assign roles to Orga-structure units in the EU-Taxonomie module without encountering an error message.
Changelog in Settings of SCS
What changed?
Changelog is the history of actions that take place in the settings of SCS module.
- Changelog will include events including:
- Any updates to risk assessment methodology setting
- Any updates to risk detection criteria
- Any updates to Code of Conduct setting
- All events include
- messages/justifications (if applicable)
- person who made the change
- timestamp
- uploaded documents
- relevant entity (if applicable)
It's possible to select a time range that will entail all of the events that took place within the given period
Full name of supplier company name is displayed in email notifications
What changed?
When a supplier replies to a request, we send a notification email to the customer. This email contains the first name only of the supplier contact which makes it difficult to identify which supplier is this reply from. With this update, the full name of the supplier contact will be from now on present in the email notification. In addition to that, the email will also contain the company name.
New event type in the Supplier History
What changed?
There is a new event type is "Updates to risk level".
- This allows customer to filter by this event type to narrow down the collection of events in the supplier history.
- Selecting this event type would list down all of the events related to risk assessments. i.e. user overwrote risk level from high to low.
Bug fixes
Problem: Supplier Request Gets Cancelled When Changes Are Made in the Excel File
GIVEN a user updates supplier information in the Excel file,
WHEN the file is imported into the system,
THEN the request status incorrectly changes to "Cancelled."
Fixed Behavior: If a user makes changes to the supplier in the Excel file, the request will now maintain its current status and will not be automatically cancelled.
Import activities in step 1 of report
What changed?
The import provides a template to insert emissions that should be part of the default activities of a report. The template contains the following activity data:
- Activity name (mandatory)
- Scope (optional)
- Region (optional)
- Emission factor (optional)
- Date (optional)
- Description (optional)
- Tags (optional)
We provide examples of the format required in each column:
Bug fixes
Problem: Downloading One Scope in Excel Displayed All Scopes in the File
GIVEN a user selects a specific scope to download in Excel,
WHEN the file is generated,
THEN it incorrectly contains emissions data for all scopes instead of only the selected scope.
Fixed Behavior: Downloading a specific scope in Excel will now generate a file that includes only the emissions data under the selected scope.
Problem: Smart Search Occasionally Does Not Work and Appears Greyed Out
GIVEN a user attempts to use the smart search feature,
WHEN the feature is expected to be active,
THEN it sometimes appears greyed out and does not function properly.
Fixed behavior: Smart search should now work as expected.
Problem: Activities Not Displayed If Activity Filter Does Not Contain the Region
GIVEN an activity exists in the system,
WHEN filtering activities without selecting a region,
THEN the activity does not appear in the results.
Fixed behavior: Activities will now be visible under the activity filter, regardless of whether a region is specified or not.
Problem: Activities Without a Region Are Not Shown in the Region Filter
GIVEN an activity does not have a region assigned,
WHEN using the region filter,
THEN the activity does not appear in the list.
Fixed behavior: All activities without an assigned region will now be listed under "Not Specified" in the region filter.
Problem: Changing Rows per Page in the Activity Table from 10 to 100 Results in a Stuck Page
GIVEN a user changes the number of rows displayed in the activity table from 10 to 100,
WHEN the new setting is applied,
THEN the page becomes unresponsive.
Fixed behavior: The page will now function smoothly when adjusting the number of rows displayed in the activity table, ensuring seamless navigation.
Updated Unit Selection in Custom Reporting
What changed?
A refreshed list of available units is now provided in the Custom Reporting module.
- Users can select a unit when defining a custom KPI.
- This update does not impact unit conversions or measurement types.
