Copy Answers from Collaboration/Aggregation to Final Answer
What has changed?
- Users managing reports can now copy an answer from a specific collaborator to the final answer with a single action.
- The copied answer is appended to the existing value of the final answer, maintaining the original input while adding relevant contributions.
- This feature eliminates the need for manual copying and pasting, saving time and effort.
How it works?
- Users can now copy all answers from collaborators and append them to the final answer at once.
- Each copied answer includes the collaborator's name for better clarity and traceability.
- This feature allows users to efficiently review, edit, and merge responses without manually going through each one.
- By preserving attribution, it ensures transparency and accountability in data aggregation.
Collaboration card incorrectly displays stakeholders as deleted users.
GIVEN A Demo instance contains more than 400 "Isolated Contributors" (e.g., 1,129 users).
WHEN The user views the collaboration card that should display stakeholders.
THEN Some stakeholders are incorrectly shown as deleted users.
Fixed Behavior: The collaboration card should correctly display active stakeholders without misidentifying them as deleted users.
The financial information dashboard in EUT does not display decimal numbers, leading to potential misinterpretation of financial data.
GIVEN A user views financial information in the EUT dashboard.
WHEN The system displays financial values.
THEN Decimal numbers are missing, affecting precision in financial reporting.
Fixed Behavior The dashboard now displays numbers with two decimal places for accurate financial representation.
Users cannot enter "0" as a valid input for financial data fields (CapEx, OpEx, Revenue), preventing them from completing the step
GIVEN A user is entering activity-specific financial data where one or more KPIs (CapEx, OpEx, Revenue) may have no value.
WHEN The user tries to input "0" into any of the financial data fields.
THEN The system does not accept "0" as valid input, preventing the user from proceeding.
Fixed Behavior: The system should allow "0" as a valid input for financial fields, enabling users to complete the step when no financial value applies.
Human rights related impacts
- Added the "Human-rights related impact" field to Step 2 (IRO identification) when an Impact is created with the entries "negative" and "potential".
- Included the "Human-rights related impact" field in the IRO import template as a new column with entry options "Human-rights related impact"/"Not related impact". This column is to be filled out only for potential negative impacts.
Access for Auditor to Stakeholders and Threshold Settings
- Enhanced Auditor Role Permissions:
- Auditors can now view the stakeholder list and stored topics.
- Auditors have access to the settings for threshold values and the definitions of the materiality analysis.
Suppliers History displaying both previous and new values
- After updating a supplier's profile, as well as settings both the previous and new value are displayed in history events.
- E.g. after changing the contact person's email the event says:
- Contact email changed from old@email to new@email by Some User
- Following fields are tracked this way:
- requests i.e. status from in review to complete
- risk level
- company profile
- revenue (spend volume currency and value)
- countries
- products and services
- contact email
- contact name
- relationship manager
- sourcing entity
Supplier SAQ expiry date not showing
GIVEN a supplier is created and the SAQ request is accepted,
WHEN any changes are made manually from the UI through admin in any SAQ category,
THEN the SAQ expiry date is hiding
Fixed Behavior: The SAQ expiry date is visible even after manual edits in any SAQ category
Topics Not getting disabled based on Risk category threshold
GIVEN a supplier is created and the Risk category threshold topic values are set,
WHEN any of the topics of Policies and certifications are excluded while sending SAQ,
THEN after accepting this SAQ, the topics are not getting disabled again based on the Risk category threshold.
Fixed Behavior: The Risk category threshold setting now correctly applies to all SAQ topics for Policies and certifications
Edited with no changes in history when changing the factor value
GIVEN a user goes to the activity table of a report in the CO2 module and adds an activity,
WHEN the user edits the factor of this activity by clicking on 'overwrite',
THEN the history of this table shows the description of the event as “Edit with no changes”, which is incorrect since the factor value was changed.
Fixed Behavior: The description of the event correctly reflects the changes made to the activity table.
Measurement type and unit showing BE endpoints
GIVEN a user goes to the emission factors tab in the CO2 module and opens one of the base versions,
WHEN the user clicks on scope 1 or any of the other scopes to view the activities listed in the scope and then clicks on any of the activities listed in the scope,
THEN the measurement type and unit are showing BE end points text.
Fixed Behavior: The text is user-friendly, showing the correct measurement type and unit for all activities.
Missing units of activities
Problem Some activities show up in the search modal with no unit i.e. kg/MMBTU.
Fixed Behavior: All activities have a unit and the unit is displayed in the search modal.
Source not imported in the activity table
GIVEN a user goes to a report in the CO2 module and proceeds to the second step of the report,
WHEN the user imports activities (with a source provided in the import file) and then opens the activity overview and clicks on activity details,
THEN the source is not imported.
Fixed Behavior: The source is successfully imported when provided in the import file.
