Overhaul of Gap Analysis Report Interface
- Redesigned Gap Analysis (GA) report to mirror steps 1 and 2 of the ESRS report layout.
- Included full functionality: assign/exclude data points, change data collection methods, view justifications, and review history.
- Logic from DMA transfer now reflected directly in GA report setup.
Seamless Import to ESRS Reports
- Users can now import a GA report when creating a new ESRS report, copying its results 1:1 into steps 1 and 2.
- Also possible to import a GA report into an existing ESRS report, allowing for flexible reuse of preparatory analysis.
Data Availability Tracking in Gap Analysis
- Step 2 of GA report retains the ability to mark data points as available or not available.
- This setting is not transferred to the ESRS report, ensuring GA-specific insights are preserved for internal analysis.

- Aligns GA with ESRS reporting flow, reducing redundant work and manual re-entry.
- Enables direct reuse of analysis in ESRS, streamlining compliance preparation.

- Include Scope 2 activities marked as excluded in the exported spreadsheet for full transparency.
- Clearly label excluded activities to distinguish them from those included in total emissions.
Added Calculation Method Visibility for Scope 2 Activities
- Show whether each Scope 2 activity uses Location-based or Market-based calculation in the export.
- Helps ensure all necessary audit data is readily available in the export file.
Selective Report Export Option
- Introduced a dropdown menu on the CO2 Data Collection page for selecting specific reports before export.
- Allows users to export only relevant reports instead of the full dataset.
What is the added value?
- Users can provide a complete and audit-ready report, including all Scope 2 activities and their calculation methods.
- Selective export streamlines data sharing by focusing on the most relevant reports.
- Better data labeling and visibility reduce manual work and improve trust in exported data.
What has changed?
- A new “Deactivate”option is now available:
- In the three-dot menu of each supplier in the repository
- As a bulk action for multiple suppliers
- Once deactivated:
- Supplier is visible in the repository but cannot be edited
- Appears under a new “Deactivated Suppliers” section in Settings
- All actions are disabled (e.g., requests, assignments, incident reports)
- The existing “Inactive” status is now replaced with this improved functionality
Please Note:
Only Admins and Entity Managers in the SCS module can deactivate or reactivate suppliers
Supplier relationships and historical data remain unchanged
Reactivation of The Supplier:
The action changes to “Re-activate” when viewing a deactivated supplier
Reactivation restores all functionalities
Requests remain cancelled even after reactivation
What Changes When a Supplier Is Deactivated?
Exports: Supplier excluded, unless using the "Repository Info Export" filter
Analytics & Dashboards: Supplier excluded
Requests & Assignments: Disabled
Incidents Tab: Supplier greyed out and unselectable; tooltip on hover: “Supplier is deactivated” / “Lieferant ist deaktiviert”
- Supplier Login: Supplier can view their profile, but cannot edit
- Import Files: Deactivated suppliers are ignored
- UI Changes: All actions greyed out; only “Delete” and “Re-activate” remain active
- Tooltips: Disabled actions show tooltip: “Action unavailable as supplier is deactivated…"
Tooltip info icons for Product & Country Risk in Abstract Assessment
- Info icons are now displayed next to the Product Risk and Country Risk cards.
- Hovering over the icons reveals a tooltip that explains the source of each risk value.
- Product Risk Tooltip: "Product risk presents the product risk defined in the settings."
