Problem: Reminder emails to approvers are not being sent every 3 days as required; they currently start on the 7th day instead of the 3rd.
  • GIVENAn approver has received an initial request for approval in a data collection workflow
  • WHENThe entity report remains unapproved for multiple days
  • THENThe reminder email is not sent on Day 4 and Day 7 as per the new 3-day frequency; it starts from Day 7 instead
Fixed Behavior:
The system should send the first reminder on Day 4 (i.e., 3 days after the initial request), and then continue sending reminders every 3 days (Day 7, Day 10, etc.) until the report is approved

Problem: Non-admin users assigned to an entity (e.g., entity managers or data providers) cannot be tagged in report comments.
  • GIVEN:
    • User A has a non-admin role (e.g., entity manager)
    • AND User A is associated as a data provider with Entity 1
  • WHENThe list of users available to tag in a comment on a report associated with Entity 1 is displayed
  • THENUser A is not present in the list of taggable users
Fixed Behavior:
User A should be selectable and appear in the list of users available to tag in the comment section of the report

Problem: The “Go to Users to add” hint is incorrectly shown to non-admin users who do not have permission to view the Users page.
  • GIVENA user has a non-admin role without access to the Users page
  • WHENThey try to tag a non-existing user in a comment
  • THENA hint saying “Go to Users to add” is displayed
Fixed Behavior:
Non-admin users without access to the Users page should only see “No results” when the user does not exist; the “Go to Users to add” hint should only appear for users with permission to access that page.

What has changed?

Overhaul of Gap Analysis Report Interface
  • Redesigned Gap Analysis (GA) report to mirror steps 1 and 2 of the ESRS report layout.
  • Included full functionality: assign/exclude data points, change data collection methods, view justifications, and review history.
  • Logic from DMA transfer now reflected directly in GA report setup.
Seamless Import to ESRS Reports
  • Users can now import a GA report when creating a new ESRS report, copying its results 1:1 into steps 1 and 2.
  • Also possible to import a GA report into an existing ESRS report, allowing for flexible reuse of preparatory analysis.
Data Availability Tracking in Gap Analysis
  • Step 2 of GA report retains the ability to mark data points as available or not available.
  • This setting is not transferred to the ESRS report, ensuring GA-specific insights are preserved for internal analysis.

What is the added value?

  • Aligns GA with ESRS reporting flow, reducing redundant work and manual re-entry.
  • Enables direct reuse of analysis in ESRS, streamlining compliance preparation.
  • Supports early-stage data assessment while keeping reporting logic clean and consistent.

  • Helps ensure all necessary audit data is readily available in the export file.
Selective Report Export Option
  • Introduced a dropdown menu on the CO2 Data Collection page for selecting specific reports before export.
  • Allows users to export only relevant reports instead of the full dataset.

What is the added value?

  • Users can provide a complete and audit-ready report, including all Scope 2 activities and their calculation methods.
  • Selective export streamlines data sharing by focusing on the most relevant reports.
  • Better data labeling and visibility reduce manual work and improve trust in exported data.
