Certain disclosure requirements must be reported mandatorily. To help customers easily identify these, we will introduce a "Mandatory" label for them.

Copying Minimum Social Safeguards Values:

You can now copy values for the Minimum Social Safeguards questionnaire between different activities. A “Copy to other activities” action button/link is displayed on each activity.

Modal Window:

Clicking the action button/link opens a modal containing a list of other activities. You can select multiple activities from the list.

Confirmation and Overwriting:

Once activities are selected and the action is confirmed in the modal, the answers in the Minimum Social Safeguards questionnaire for the given activity will be copied to all the selected activities' questionnaires. Any existing values in those questionnaires will be overwritten. A warning about this will be displayed in the modal.

  • Users across customer instances come from diverse backgrounds and regions, including suppliers.
  • To work efficiently, they need to understand the UI and report content.
  • Some users may struggle with using the tool in English or the default language.
  • A language change option exists but is hidden in user settings and not intuitive.
  • Making language selection more accessible will improve user experience and efficiency.

Problem: Platform - Login Issues (Code not received)

GIVEN a supplier instance needs to send a code of conduct via email
WHEN the user requests a code of conduct and the system sends an email
THEN the email was received, but no OTP code
Fixed Behavior:
  • the system should now correctly include the OTP code.

Problem: Missing german translation

GIVEN a user is in the target-setting questionnaire
WHEN the user navigates through ESRS → Analytics → Add Target → Calculation Method → Target Values → ESRS Reporting (optional)
THEN the system was previously missing German translations for all questions (bug)
Fixed Behavior:
  • the system should now correctly display German translations (fix)

Problem: ESRS - DMA - IRO names switch to English

GIVEN a user is in the ESRS - DMA section with IRO names
WHEN the short title is changed and the user’s language is set to English
THEN the IROs unexpectedly switch to English or German (bug)
Fixed Behavior:
  • The IRO language should not change automatically and must remain consistent with the selected language

Problem: Remove the sorting on TO  column from Requests table.

GIVEN a user is on the requests table with a "To" column
WHEN the user attempts to sort by the "To" column
THEN the sorting functionality is was broken (bug)
Fixed Behavior:
  • Sorting on the "To" column has been removed.

The sheet provides guidance to which format is required to result in a successful import of suppliers in the Repository. The example sheet can be found in the Excel template itself under the name "Example".

The new event type is "Updates to risk level". This allows customer to filter by this event type to narrow down the collection of events in the supplier history.

  • In the SCS module, the entity manager is able to view and edit requests sent out by another entity manager.
  • Entity manager can perform these actions in the All Requests tab. This means, the entity manager is able to resend notification to the supplier or cancel the request.

Since supplier relationship managers are not relevant for own business entities, we removed this field from own business to avoid causing confusion.

Problem: Relationship manager does not appear for entity manager account
Fixed behavior: Relationship manager name should appear correctly in the field in supplier profile when using an entity manager account
Problem: Undefined name is showing instead of entity manager name when sending a self assessment request to own business entity
Fixed behavior: Entity name should be visible as expected in the field instead if undefined

This sheet provide examples in both languages ENG and DE. The sheet provides guidance to which format is required to result in a successful import of activities for the CO2 report.

Added a link to the help center in the first step of a CO2 report "adding default activities"

Problem: CO2 Launchpad - Step 3 Analysis Result Not Including Scope 2.4 Emissions

GIVEN a user reviews the analysis result in Step 3 of the CO2 Launchpad,
WHEN Scope 2.4 emissions should be included in the calculation,
THEN they are missing from the analysis result.
Fixed behavior:
Scope 2.4 emissions will now be correctly included in the CO2 Launchpad analysis result.

Problem: CO2 Analytics - Activities Without Scope Not Included in Launchpad/Dashboard Total Emissions

GIVEN activities without a defined scope exist in the system,
WHEN reviewing total emissions in the launchpad or dashboard,
THEN these activities are not included in the calculations.
Fixed Behavior:
Activities without an assigned scope will now be included in the total emissions calculation in the CO2 Launchpad and Dashboard.

Problem: Activity Appears in English in Step 2 of Creation Modal

GIVEN an activity is added in German,
WHEN the user reaches Step 2 of the creation modal,
THEN the activity appears in English instead of German.
Fixed Behavior:
If an activity is added in German, it will now appear in German in all steps of the creation modal.

Problem: Pagination Does Not Work Correctly in Activity Table

GIVEN a user sets the pagination to display 100 items in the activity table,
WHEN navigating the table,
THEN the pagination resets automatically to 10 and jumps back to the first page.
Fixed Behavior:
Pagination in the activity table now works as expected.
  • When set to 100, the pagination will persist at 100.
  • The table will no longer jump back to the first page unexpectedly.

Problem: Data Provider Sees Default Activities List Instead of Data Collection Activities

GIVEN a data provider accesses the platform to input values and units for activities,
WHEN viewing the activities list after receiving a request,
THEN the default activities list is displayed instead of the correct data collection activities, preventing the provider from entering necessary inputs.
Fixed behavior
Data providers will now see the correct table of activities, allowing them to input all necessary data, including value and unit, without restrictions.
