Better survey handling in the Double Materiality Assessment

  • Users can now view all previously aggregated survey results without losing past data.
  • A new button allows access to past survey results for better transparency.
  • Admins can request corrections for survey responses and accept answers as needed.
  • Aggregated survey results will include all past responses except the ongoing survey.

Problem: Survey reminders are sent even after the survey has ended.

GIVEN
- A survey with a defined due date.
- Reminder emails scheduled before, on, and after the due date.
WHEN
- The due date has passed.
- The survey date is modified, but old schedules persist.
THEN
- Reminders continue after the survey ends.
- Emails follow outdated schedules.
FIXED BEHAVIOR:
- No reminders after the survey ends.
- Post-expiry emails deleted.
- Old schedules cleared, new ones created when the date is modified.
Problem: Auditor role can edit DMA steps instead of having read-only access.
GIVEN:
- A user with the Auditor role.
- Access to the DMA report.
WHEN:
- Logging in with Auditor access.
- Navigating to step-2 & step-3.
- Attempting to edit content.
THEN:
- Auditor can modify step-2 & step-3 (impact, risk, opportunity editable in step-1 as well).
FIXED BEHAVIOR:
- Auditor should have read-only access and not be able to edit any step.

Problem: "Request correction" in Step 3 collaboration fails with a 401 error.
GIVEN:
- A DMA report in Step 3.
- A completed collaboration request.
WHEN:
- An admin or sysadmin attempts to request a correction.
- The sender and requester are different users.
THEN:
- A 401 error occurs, and the request does not go through.
FIXED BEHAVIOR:
- Admins and ESRS module managers should be able to request corrections without errors.

PROBLEM: Deleted user is displayed as "-" instead of the username in SCS history for completed status.
GIVEN:
- An SAQ request is sent to a supplier by an admin.
- The supplier submits the SAQ request.
WHEN:
- The SAQ request is accepted.
- The history is checked.
THEN:
- The username appears correctly for all statuses except "Complete," where it shows "-" instead.
FIXED BEHAVIOR:
- The correct username should be displayed for the "Complete" status in history.

PROBLEM: Incorrect proportion calculations in the EU Taxonomy export table.
GIVEN:
- The Reporting section of the Taxonomy module.
- Turnover, Capex, and Opex values.
WHEN:
- Proportions are calculated using Turnover + Capex + Opex as the base.
THEN:
- Turnover proportion is incorrectly shown as 92% instead of 100%.
- Miscalculation affects reporting accuracy.
FIXED BEHAVIOR:
- Each metric (Turnover, Capex, Opex) should be calculated using its own total as the base.
- Align calculations with the sample sheet methodology.
