In the EU Taxonomy module, every action is governed by role-based permissions. Below is a comprehensive overview of each EU Taxonomy role’s abilities and constraints, ensuring clarity on who can perform which tasks within the module. Name	Description
EU Taxonomy Module Manager	The highest authority for the EU Taxonomy module across all entities. This role can manage all entities, oversee all reports, control user assignments within the module, and has full access to module settings. Module Managers can start data collection, submit data, request approvals, and manage reporting standards. They can view and access all EU Taxonomy requests but cannot access other modules.
EU Taxonomy Module Approver	A specialized oversight role that focuses exclusively on approving data within the EU Taxonomy module. This role can view all entities, access all reports, and approve data for any entity. Module Approvers can see user assignments but cannot manage entities or make data submissions. They have read-only access to reporting standards and can view all EU Taxonomy requests.
EU Taxonomy Entity Manager	A role limited to managing specific assigned entities within the EU Taxonomy module. Entity Managers can handle data for entities they're assigned to and their descendants. They can submit data, request approval, and reopen data collection for their assigned entities. They can manage user assignments for their entities but cannot approve data or access module settings.
EU Taxonomy Entity Approver	A role focused on approving data for specific assigned entities only. Entity Approvers can view data for their assigned entities and approve or reopen data collection for them. They cannot submit data, request approvals, or manage entities. Their access is strictly limited to entities they're assigned to approve and their related ancestors/descendants.
